Policies
  • Apartments are leased for a minimum of thirty days.
  • A thirty-day notice to vacate is required.
  • Full month rent payment is required for the month in which you have given notice to vacate. The prorated difference will be returned to you, along with your security deposit (less any deduction).
  • Move-In Dates (1st - 25th): For move-ins between the 1st and the 25th of the month, rent will be collected on a prorated basis for that partial month.
  • Move-In Dates (26th - 31st): For move-ins between the 26th and the 31st of the month, rent will be assessed on a prorated basis for the remainder of that month, plus the following month paid in full.
  • Mail is not delivered to premises. Resident must provide their own PO Box mailing address.
  • Pets currently not allowed
  • Smoking not allowed
  • Max Occupancy: 3 per Unit
  • Max Vehicles: 2 per Unit

Fees
  • A $950 refundable security deposit is required. This covers potential damage to the apartment and/or furnishings caused by the tenant. Funds may also be held in the event of non-payment.
  • A non-refundable application fee of $70 covers both your application processing and a comprehensive background check.
  • One-Time Make Ready Fee: A charge of $140 is assessed to prepare your apartment. This includes an initial supply of dishwasher tabs, soaps, toiletries, and paper products, ensuring you have the essentials upon arrival. Additionally, this fee covers a meticulous cleaning and preparation of the apartment to ensure it's spotless and ready for your move-in.

We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.

Data Usage
We use your data solely for sending updates and reminders related to our products or services.

Data Security
We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention
We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Message and Data Rates
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

Opt-Out
You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to hello@homefronttyler.com or 903-871-7007. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

Non-Sharing Clause
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. HomeFront will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
